Y-Serve Stop & Serve (Daily)
Volunteers work on small service projects at the Stop and Serve bar in 2330 WSC. Stop and Serve serves the local non-profit community and overseas agencies.
YFitness Classes (Daily)
BYU offers yoga, HIIT, Zumba, HIGH, RIPT, and more YFitness classes to BYU students, faculty, and dependent spouses. Our mission is to help you rise to a new standard of wellness and optimism in your daily life, through exercise.
BYU Devotionals & Forums (Every Tuesday)
Please plan to join together with students and employees each Tuesday at 11:05 a.m. in the Marriott Center for a truly unique experience as the campus gathers to receive spiritual and temporal edification.
Clubs Night (Every Tuesday)
Clubs Night is every Tuesday night, and the WSC gets repurposed just for students pursuing whatever passions they may have. On average, there are around 50 clubs and 1,000 students every Tuesday!
Women's Services Yoga (Every Saturday)
Free in-person yoga classes are offered every Saturday at 9:30 AM and are available to yogis of all levels. Both men and women are invited to attend. Yoga mats are provided by the Women's Services & Resources Office for use.
QPR Trainings (2-3 times a Month)
QPR is a nationally recognized suicide prevention program aimed at helping you know what to do and say when someone close to you is considering suicide. We’ll teach you what signs to look for, how to approach someone who’s struggling, and where to go for help. Come to our hour-long training and learn to be an officially certified QPR Gatekeeper!
CAPS Quicker Care Workshops (Twice a Month)
Are you experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression and feel like you need a little extra support? We've got you! Quicker Care workshops are taught by clinicians with vast experience treating mental in health concerns. Come learn about proven strategies and techniques as well as other available resources. No registration required. Just show up!
Intramural Sports Registration (Throughout the Semester)
Brigham Young University's Intramural Program has tradition that dates back to the early 1900's and is one of the largest programs in the country with over 10,000 participants each year. The Intramural Program includes over 50 activities annually.
